At Rome Snowboards, we stand by the quality of our gear and want to ensure you have the best experience on the mountain. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the unused products in their original boxes, ensuring all tags and protective packaging are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy while our team processes your refund or exchange.
