How do I choose the right snowboard length?
Selecting the right size depends on your weight, height, and riding style. Generally, a board should reach between your chest and chin. Check our detailed Size Guide on each product page for specific weight ranges.
What is the warranty policy on Rome snowboards and bindings?
We stand by our gear. Rome SDS offers a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects on all snowboards and a limited lifetime warranty on binding baseplates and heelcups.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to local import duties.
Can I return a board if I've already mounted bindings on it?
To be eligible for a return, items must be in brand-new, unused condition with original packaging. Once bindings are mounted, the board is considered used and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
How long does it take for my order to ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within the continental US usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your proximity to our warehouse.
